Sayen to Syen , Sayen ki harkaten b sayen

Agha Siraj Durrani is the speaker of Sindh provincial assembly which is consider the house of lawmakers.  But in reality he is famous for violating the law by hiself. Last time he celebrated his nephew wedding ceremony in Sindh assembly hall, and this time he hunt the wild birds who are banned by law to be hunt. That's why people say ''sayen to sayen , sayen k kam b sayen''.
