Hafeez ego put  Usaman career at stake. According to the media sources in-spite the team management clear instructions Muhammad Hafeez gave no chance to new fast bawler Shinwari in the first two matches of T20. According to media reports before leaving for Dubai  the selectors told to the T20 captain to gave chance to Shinwari. In the case of better performance the management had decided to give chance to new bawler in one day international matches against Sri Lanka. Hafeez ignore Usman for his ego as Hafeez was not consulted in the selection of Usman Shinwari.
